Brambles and Botanicals – Facebook Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Brambles and Botanicals, based in the United Kingdom (“the
Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
 Employees of Brambles and Botanicals and their immediate family members are not
eligible to enter.
 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on the date of the Facebook competition post and closes at 11:59pm on
9th March 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing one or more of the following actions on the official Brambles
and Botanicals Facebook page:
1. Leaving a review on the Facebook page (counts as two entries)
2. Leaving a review that includes a photo (counts as two entries)
3. Sharing the competition post
4. Following the Brambles and Botanicals Facebook page
Each qualifying action counts as one entry unless otherwise stated.
Multiple entries are permitted, but automated or bulk entries will not be accepted.
Important:
No payment or purchase is required. Purchasing goods does not increase the chances of winning.
5. The Prize
 One winner will receive a boxed bouquet prepared by Brambles and Botanicals.
 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
 The bouquet style and flowers are at the Promoter’s discretion and subject to seasonal
availability.
6. Winner Selection
 The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
 The draw will take place on 10th March 2026.
7. Winner Notification
 The winner will be contacted via Facebook (comment reply and/or direct message).
 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select
an alternative winner.

8. Prize Collection
 The prize must be collected in person from Brambles and Botanicals.
 No delivery is included.
 The prize must be collected within 7 days of notification, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Facebook Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta
Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.
Participants are providing their information to Brambles and Botanicals, not to Facebook.
10. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees that their first name and/or Facebook name may be announced on
the Brambles and Botanicals Facebook page.
11. Data Protection
Any personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of the competition and will not
be shared with third parties. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection
legislation.
12. General
 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition where necessary
due to circumstances outside its control.
 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
